It is a huge honor when a fellow photographer asks me to photograph their family. HUGE. HONOR. because let’s face it… there is no shortage of portrait photographers in this town, and to be the one chosen – well it feels nice. <3
When Jena of Blossom & Bee asked me to come over and photograph her new baby, I was thrilled. Jena & I had met only once before at a dinner with a few of The Photogirls at the amazing Farm Cafe last spring. I loved her from “hello”, but it took the two of us this long to get together again!

Throughout our few hours together, I kept feeling amazed by Jena and how flawlessly and naturally she has come into motherhood. Absolutely beautiful.
